WindsorPatania is looking for a skilled Architect to join our international team in our office in Florence, focusing on UK-based projects. The successful candidate will work across both of our brands, HMO Architects and WindsorPatania, leading the design and development of various projects. You will collaborate closely with real estate investors in the UK market to bring their visions to life. This role offers the opportunity, if successful, for travel to the UK to oversee construction progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with excellent teamwork abilities and a true team player mindset. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

What Will You Be Working On?
The ideal candidate will work across two of our key brands: HMO Architects, which specializes in projects for real estate investors in the UK, and WindsorPatania, which focuses on high-tech and luxury developments. Given our current workload, HMO Architects will be the primary focus.

What Projects Will You Be Working On?
As an architect for HMO Architects, you will be specializing in the design from concept to completion of a range of residential projects, including HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation), flats, serviced accommodations, and homes.
