• Building Regulation: we will identify any building regulation requirements, including fire and acoustic regulations, that may affect your project, providing peace of mind and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Feasibility & Viability Summary: we will conclude our call highlighting our findings and recommending the best strategy for your project and the potential risks associated with it. We understand that while a project may be technically feasible, it may not be a wise investment. Therefore, leveraging our development experience, we will offer expert guidance to ensure that your project is not only feasible but also viable in the long term.
• Planning Success Rate: at the end of the call we will list all the risks related to the project and establish an indicative % Planning Success Rate to help you make an informed decision about your potential property purchase.
