Creating a self-sufficient and environmentally conscious living environment along Jeddah’s coastline.

This coastal masterplan near Jeddah presents a forward-thinking residential community of 20 eco-conscious villas, designed to blend luxury with sustainability. Each villa, whether single or two-story, occupies a compact 72 sqm footprint and is paired with a generous 400 sqm private garden. Emphasizing environmental responsibility, the design incorporates solar energy, natural ventilation, rainwater harvesting, and smart resource
monitoring through IoT systems. Landscaped with native flora and optional hydroponic systems, the gardens support low-water-use and local food production. Shared green pathways, solar carports, and zero-waste infrastructure foster community, biodiversity, and a circular resource model—making this development a model for self-sufficient, eco-friendly living.
